Ed was super..very experienced and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the issue and shared the exact issue and solution to address along with giving me the cost up front. Alex replaced my garage door opener and did a great job. He installed the unit, set up the remotes and the keypad and made sure that I knew how everything worked. He double checked all the operations to make sure everything was in good working order. He was very professional, very thorough and very pleasant.

James was perfect! Absolutely wonderful! He is the only service person who I have dealt with who knew what he was doing, how to talk to me and how to explain things clearly. You should definitely keep him on your staff. If I owned a company I would try to hire him away from you.

Your technician was not at all pleasant. He was late and did not apologize. He also looked like he'd just rolled out of bed (with his work clothes on). Please do not ever send him out to my house again.

Had a problem with a garage door and Precision Door scheduled an appointment much sooner than I thought I would get someone here. The service tech was punctual, professional, and very personal. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a garage door.
