After reading the customer reviews, I decided to go with Precision for the repairs on my garage door. I made the right decision. From start to finish, you couldn't have asked for a better experience. When I called, the person that I spoke to was friendly and pleasant. Service was provided quickly.....a technician was at my house in less than 24 hours to make the repairs to the garage door. The technician, Brian, was professional, polite, and even arrived a little earlier than the scheduled appointment time. He did an appraisal and told me what needed to be done and what the cost would be for the repairs. Brian was efficient and the repairs took less than 45 minutes to perform. I liked it that there was no "hard sell" to purchase something that I did not need or want and that the company gives a 10% Senior Discount. I will not hesitate to recommend Precision Door Service.

I noticed that the bolts holding the garage door opener to the ceiling appeared to be digging into the drywall and “walking”. Ed arrived, quickly assessed the situation and re-set the opener. He provided a detailed explanation of the work he performed which gave me peace of mind that it was fixed once and for all. Highly recommend Precision Door!
