We have used Precision a numpé of times to repair our old garage door. They were the obvious choice to eventually replace it. The installation was quick and professional to the folks that installed it could not have been better. The new door is terrific.

After searching our local area for service on our garage door no one returned our phone call. We searched online and found Precision Doors. We immediately gave them a call and was delighted when someone actually answered the phone. They were very helpful and able to schedule an appointment for us the following week. They gave us a call and came out earlier than expected. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to fix the door! It works beautifully. We will definitely use this company in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

And he did just as good a job today not only solving the issues, but making sure that everything was in perfect running order. He patiently answered my many questions and concerns. Upon "googling" garage door repair sites, yours was the 1st one that appeared. There was a high rating, and our town was listed as in your service area. The receptionist on the phone was very friendly and professional. We had an app't quickly, even though it was Thanksgiving week. The technician came two hours earlier than the time planned, but we were fine with that. He fixed the problem quickly, explaining as he worked, answering all our questions clearly. Your company may not be the least expensive, but we feel we received great service that will last. Thank You!

We had the pleasure of meeting Ray today who was determined to find the source of the problem we have been having with the remotes for our garage door opener since it was installed in December. Precision responded to our call for help quickly and were willing to troubleshoot the issue we had been having with the remotes only working intermittently. Although the issue is still undetermined and remotes don’t work as they should, Ray helped us download the app for the Lift Master unit and we are now able to open and close the garage door using the app on our phones. Thank you so much Ray for your kindness and your efforts and for suggesting we download the app on our phones in order to control the garage door opener!

I called today at 11 AM to Schedule an appointment. They were able to fit me in the same day. The technician Rich told me that the two garage doors I had could be repaired instead of replaced. I was surprised when he was able to fix them on the spot instead of having to make another appointment for him to come back. He could have tried to sell me new doors, but instead told me the ones I had could be fixed. I appreciate his honesty and the quick service that he provided. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to repair or replace their garage doors. .
