Precision Door Service operators were very courteous and helpful. They scheduled my service date promptly. Ed the service tech. was very professional and fixed the broken spring expertly. He also made sure my garage door worked perfectly after the repair. Precision honored its lifetime warranty and supplied the new garage door spring at no charge to me.

Cables had come off overhead door when door bound up while closing(automatic door opener). Technician Ed Dombrowski replaced cables with new, and reset. Door was still binding slightly, so Ed checked level, adjusted rails, reset spring tension and lubricated all. Prompt, friendly, informative and thorough job start to finish. I would definitely recommend!

Ed was knowledgable, efficient and courteous. I had the problem with the first garage door explained to me and Ed demonstrated how to align the garage door controllers within minutes. He also clearly explained why the weather stripping on the other door had torn off. The garage doors had been improperly installed by another company ( not your company ) two years ago. Because of the bad installation, the weather stripping was already torn completely off. We made an appointment for Ed to come back, correct the faulty installation on both garage doors and give us new weather stripping on both doors. Ed did a good job assessing what needed to be done and was thorough in his explanations. I really appreciate a competent craftsman not talking down to me just because I'm a woman. The reviews are true. I called to make an appointment at 11am and they had two time slots available later that day. The tech arrived was able to come early and that worked for me. Kelly came after the appointed time but was able to see the problem and make a temporary fix. He had to order the part and is coming back on 12/30 between 1 and 3. There was some confusion in that he called to notify me that he rec'd the part and I kept calling the office number and he did call back and I was able to contact him and set up a appointment.

A month and a half back, I hired another company to install a garage door. They never installed the trim work. After repeated calls to no avail I called Precision to come out and complete the work. It took them all of 45 minutes. I wish I had them do the whole job.

I called this morning and was able to have someone come out between 3 - 5, same day. Ed was very helpful and professional in completing my job, which turned out to be more than what I expected, due to the fact that the opener was not installed correctly by the so called professional that originally did it for me didn't use quality parts, so thank you Ed for fixing the problems and giving me piece of mind.
